PRPay 2018:

2018.1.12 - July 20, 2018

PRPay 2018:

• Updated the CFSE (Fondo) prevent tables. In order for PRPay to use the new values, you must click on the “Restore Default Values” button in the CFSE screen.
• CFSE (Fondo) Line 10 will now allow enter more than 10 locations.
• Fix 941 e-File screen the Preparer Dropdown list limit.
• Fixed some issues with 480.6B & 480.6C informative digital files arising from changes in Hacienda’s systems.
• We made cosmetic changes to some of the W-2PR screens to help improve the user experience.
• Updated the Department of Labor link from Unemployment and Disability module.

2018.1.11 - June 22, 2018

PRPay 2018:

• Enabled the CFSE (Fondo) screen as requested by many users. The tables haven't been updated yet because the official values have not been officially released yet by CFSE. A new release will be made as soon as the official percentages are published.

• Fixed a bug on W2Cs Digital File SSA when in some cases the total amounts of all RCW records are not generated on the RCT record.

• Fixed a bug that prevented e-Filling the 941 Quarterly Return.

PRPay2018:

• The Quarterly Returns PDF forms would print without the "SAMPLE" watermark.
• The Quarterly Return 941X module was enabled.

• Fixed a bug that prevented the program from saving the date of birth in the W-2PR and W-2cPR screens.
• Fixed a bug in the digital files W-2cPR when the lines of the address contains special characters.
• Fixed a bug that prevented the program from saving the information in the CFSE (Fondo) screen.

• Fixed a rare situation with informative digital files that occurred when certain numeric fields surpassed a certain value.

2018.1.5 - February 23, 2018

PRPay Launcher:

• Reconsidered our decision to set the option to use Google Chrome if available on by default. This update will reset this setting back to the original behavior of using PRPayBrowser. The user is free to set the option back if the desired behavior is to use Google Chrome instead.

2018.1.4 - February 21, 2018

PRPay Launcher:

• Fixed the "Access is Denied" error some users are experiencing.

PRPay 2018:

• Contractor screen now allows the company name to be as long as the informative digital file allows (30 characters).

PRPay 2017:

• Fixed missing values in the 480.6B.1 data entry screen.
• Fixed postal address showing in the physical address box in form 480.6B.1 PDF.
• Fixed handling of distribution code "N" in the 480.7C digital file and PDF form.
• Fixed handling of distribution code "N" when importing payments.
• Contractor screen now allows the company name to be as long as the informative digital file allows (30 characters).

• Fixed a rare error that could appear when creating informative returns.

2018.1.3 - February 20, 2018

PRPay Launcher:

• Implemented an alternate method of executing PRPay to try to fix the "Access is Denied" error some users are experiencing.
• On startup, the Launcher will make sure that the updater service is running and operational. If it isn't, then a link will be provided to the user to run it manually.
• Fixed a bug that caused the Launcher to falsely detect that PRPay Server had failed to run, even though it was running properly. 

2018.1.2 - February 19, 2018

PRPay Launcher:

• Fixed a bug that prevented launching PRPayBrowser if Google Chrome wasn't installed on the user's computer and the option to use Google Chrome was selected.
• Fixed an incorrect message that was being shown when PRPay Server failed to launch.
• Added new menu items under the Help menu: 
  • Open Logs Location: opens the folder in the computer where all the PRPay logs are stored.
  • Open Backups Location: opens the folder in the computer where all the automatic backups are stored.
• Implemented improvements to the update process.

2018.1.1 - February 15, 2018

PRPay Launcher:

• PRPay Launcher will now use Google Chrome to launch PRPay if it's already installed in the computer. Otherwise, it will use PRPayBrowser, which is bundled with the install.
• Added a new menu item: Options. Here you will find the language options, as well as the option to use Google Chrome if installed.
• Fixed a bug that prevented the program from saving the last selected language.
• Other miscellaneous improvements to the update process.

PRPay 2017:

• Enabled the 480.7C informative return.
• Fixed 480.5 summaries.

2018.1.0 - February 7, 2018

All versions:

• We created a new launch experience for PRPay through a new application called "PRPay Launcher". This application will let you choose which PRPay version to use, as well as perform updates when new releases become available.
• The update process has been rewritten and is now faster, more reliable, and more robust.
• Some of PRPay's initialization processes were optimized, and as a result PRPay now loads faster than before.
• The system that allows data sharing with other computers on the network was optimized.
