2022.1.11- January 24, 2023
PRPay 2022:
The information on the new locations required by the Department of the Treasury this year for the digital files for the 480's was corrected; and now the user should be able to submit the digital files without major difficulties.
Modules 943X & 944X were enabled.
2022.1.10 - January 16, 2023
PRPay 2022:
Calculation on line 16 for 943PR return and line 12 for 944PR return was corrected.
2022.1.9 - January 13, 2023
PRPay 2022:
Modules 943 & 944 were enabled.
Electronic fiile for 940PR return was enable.
2022.1.8 - January 9, 2023
PRPay 2022:
Updated Layouts for Employees and Payments.
Updated Import & Export process according to the layouts modifications.
Updated screens for Employees and Payments.
Enabled W-2PR module, including W2 and W2C.
940 Module was enabled.
Enabled 480's module, including all 14 Informatives.
Note: Modules for 943 & 944 will be enable as soon as possible.
2022.1.7 - November 1, 2022
PRPay 2022:
Includes a logic to calculate $300 or $600 Xmas Bonus for Pymes companies, depending on whether the company has 20 (more or less) employees.
2022.1.6 - October 31, 2022
PRPay 2022:
Changes were made to the Xmas Bonus module. Report for law 4 was changed from 1,350hrs to 700hrs and a new option was added for PyMES companies. When the user generate this report, it will automatically calculate the Bonus based on 900hrs instead of 700hrs.
2022.1.5 - September 21, 2022
PRPay 2022:
Open Xmas Bonus module.
Note: Minimum salary since January 1, 2022 is $8.50 and for Q4 for 2021 was $7.25. Thus, this release includes a change in the calculation in order to meet with the 700 or 1,350 hrs (law4), only when the employee have payrolls on both categories.
2022.1.4 - July 7, 2022
PRPay 2022:
Update CFSE Table. The only change was wording, the rates stays the same.
Note: If the customer already opened the module, in order to view this change, the user has to click on 'CFSE Table' and then 'Restore Default Values' options.
2022.1.3 - June 24, 2022
PRPay 2022:
Enabled the CFSE (Fondo) screen as requested by many users. The tables haven't been updated yet because the official values have not been officially released yet by CFSE. A new release will be made as soon as the official percentages are published.
Changes for 941 (PR) & 941X (PR) were also implemented. For 941, the boxes were enabled for the quarters Q2, Q3 and Q4. In addition, the wording of line 1 was changed, and lines 11e, 11f, and 13f were placed for future use, in accordance with the new PDF issued by the IRS.
2022.1.2 - March 31, 2022
PRPay 2022:
All Quarterly Returns were enabled.
Note: Form 7200 will be no longer available because the due date was January 31, 2022.
941-PR Module was enabled. Only for calculations, e-file will be enable on April 1st.
2022.1.0 - January 21, 2022
PRPay 2022:
First release of PRPay® 2022.
It includes the following functionality:
Company information.
Employee and payroll information.
Limit to Social Security was increased from $142,800 to $147,000 in Payroll Values.
Contractor and payment information.
Payment and payroll reports.
Importing data from PRPay 2021 and text files (including Quickbooks, Sage, and TuChequera.com).
The remaining modules will become available as soon as the related agencies releases new publications.
PRPay 2021:
The situation that prevented the user from being able to file the amended digital files due to a new change made by the Department of the Treasury was corrected.
