2024.1.4 - February 21, 2024

PRPay 2023:

  • PRPay allows the user to create more than one Informative for 480.6A & 480.6B. This change has an effect on the Import, Export, Payments and Informatives modules. This change was implemented because now Hacienda accepts more than one informative for the same contractor, to report Interests and Dividends with their respective bank account number.

  • 480.7A PDF was reduced in size. This impacts customers that generates thons of these Informatives.

2024.1.2 & 1.3 - January 26, 2024

PRPay 2023:

  • Workaround for 940-PR E-Files. Clients should be able to resubmit their 940-PRs.

2024.1.1 - January 23, 2024

PRPay 2023 & 2024:

  • Form W3 changed to 2023. The IRS released form 2024 instead of 2023. (It was a minor change on the wording of the due date to submit the form). The form is still the same.

  • Employee layout and import was modified to make column U as required (CFSE Code), because this is a required information for Hacienda.

  • Link for BSO for the Social Security Administation was changed on Step 6 on W2PR Module and on PIN Numbers screen (SSA has a new link).

2024.1.0 - January 17, 2024

PRPay 2024:

  • First release of PRPay® 2024.
  • It includes the following functionalities:
    • Company information.
    • Employee and Payroll information.
    • Limit to Social Security was increased from $160,200 to $168,600 in Payroll Values.
    • Contractor and Payment information.

    • Payment and Payroll Reports.
    • Importing data from PRPay 2023 and text files (including Quickbooks, Sage, and TuChequera.com).
  • The remaining modules will become available as soon as the related agencies releases new publications.

PRPay 2023:

  • E-file button for 940 return was enabled.
