PRPay 2020:

  • Situation preventing the user to e-file the 940-PR was corrected.

2020.1.24 - January 5, 2021

PRPay 2020:

  • Enabled 940-PR module, including e-filing.

  • Enabled W-2PR, including W2 and W2C.

  • Informatives module has been enabled, only for informatives 480.7A and 480.7D.

    Note: We are still working on 943 and 944 modules, since they had changes, unlike other years.

PRPay 2020:

  • Updated Layouts for Payments.

2020.1.22 - December 10, 2020

PRPay 2020:

  • Informative options were updated in Tools > Data Management menu, to include 480.7F.

  • Updated Layouts for Employees.
  • Updated Import & Export process according to modifications on the layouts.
  • Updated screens for Employees and Payments.
  • New screen was added in Payments module, to include 480.7F.

2020.1.21 - September 29, 2020

PRPay 2020:

  • Update 941 module for Q3 with the latest changes from the Presidential Memorandum signed.

2020.1.20 - August 27, 2020

PRPay 2020:

  • Open Xmas Bonus module.

  • Company logo was updated on Launcher.

2020.1.19 - August 14, 2020

PRPay 2020:

  • 941PR - Changed the logic the xml is sent, in order to allow those customers who sends the return for Q1 after the due date, due to the COVID changes made for Q2 - Q4.

2020.1.18 - August 4, 2020

PRPay 2020:

  • CFSE issued a new Classification Manual after the one that was posted on July 1st. The Table was updated with the new change on payroll type from $2.70 to $1.05 for Group 8871-350 Off Site Work (From Home). Note: If the customer already opened the module, in order to view this change, the user has to click on 'CFSE Table' and then 'Restore Default Values' options.

  • Universal form was added for SINOT, under ‘Local Unemployment and Disability’ module.

  • 941 Worksheet 1 wording on Spanish version was updated accordingly, now that the IRS posted the instructions in Spanish, where is the worksheet.
  • Now that we have two PDF's for quarterly return 941, the 'View Empty Form' button generates the correct PDF depending on the Quarter selected by the user.
  • NAICS code drop-down, at Company level, is now a required field since SURI is now requiring this information on the digital files in order to accept them.

2020.1.17 - July 13, 2020

PRPay 2020:

  • This version includes a change to a wording on Part I, line B on form 7200.

  • Also includes a change in the result of a calculation on 941-PR return that was not allowing the user to e-file the return because, using some specific numbers, the result ended with more than 2 decimal positions. This was only happening in some rare cases.

2020.1.16 - July 2, 2020

PRPay 2020:

  • This version includes all the changes regarding the new form 941 (PR & SS) for Q2, Q3 and Q4.

  • 941 Worksheet was also included in order to help our customers to complete the amounts for the new lines.
  • CFSE Classifications - There are no new classifications or changes in amounts

2020.1.15 - June 18, 2020

PRPay 2020:

  • Enabled the CFSE (Fondo) screen as requested by many users. The tables haven't been updated yet because the official values have not been officially released yet by CFSE. A new release will be made as soon as the official percentages are published.

2020.1.14 - April 23, 2020

PRPay 2020:

  • Form 7200 is now available in order to claim the 'Advance Payment of Employer Credits Due to COVID-19'. The form can be accessed through 'Quarterly' or 'Annual' returns module; but it will be the same form.

2020.1.13 - April 16, 2020

PRPay 2020:

  • 941-PR e-file was enable. This quarterly return can now be electronically send.

2020.1.12 - April 9, 2020

PRPay 2020:

  • Unemployment and Disability change for employees under Law 4 to increase Unemployment limit from $7,000 to $10,500 was reverted because the Agency has not yet implemented this change.

2020.1.11 - April 6, 2020

PRPay 2020:

  • 941 e-file button was disabled because we are experiencing delays in the IRS and the e-file due to COVID-19.

2020.1.10 - April 1, 2020

PRPay 2020:

  • All Quarterly Returns were enabled.

  • 941 efile was enabled.

PRPay 2019:

  • New excel spreadsheet is available to upload on PSSCH portal for Chauffeur Return.

  • On the Informatives module, the 480.7F excel spreadsheet is now available on step 6 'Generate Digital Files' in order to upload it in SURI's portal. Also on step 7 'Print forms' the user can generate the pdf for the respective informative.

2020.1.9 - March 3, 2020

PRPay 2019:

  • New option on Step 7 'Print Forms' for Informative 480.7E PDF. Now the user can choose to print Payer's or Payee's PDF.

2020.1.8 - February 27, 2020

PRPay 2019:

  • PDF's for informatives 480.7C and 480.7E were modified.

2020.1.7 - February 26, 2020

PRPay 2020:

  • 941-PR Module was enabled. Only for calculation purposes, e-file will be enable on April 1st.

PRPay 2019:

  • Informatives 480.6G and 480.7E were enabled.

PRPay 2019:

  • 941 situation was fixed, when 'Final Return' check box is selected.

2020.1.0 - January 16, 2020

PRPay 2020:

  • First release of PRPay® 2020.
  • It includes the following functionality:
    • Company information.
    • Employee and payroll information.
    • Limit to Social Security was increased from $132,900 to $137,700 in Payroll Values.
    • Contractor and payment information.

    • Payment and payroll reports.
    • Importing data from PRPay 2018 and text files (including Quickbooks, Sage, and TuChequera.com).
  • The remaining modules will become available as soon as the related agencies releases new publications.
